Keeley Grant

President 

Keely Grant is a dynamic, purpose-driven leader whose passion for people, community, and equity defines everything she brings to the table. With more than 20 years of executive HR experience, Keely has built a career championing people-first leadership across retail, telecommunications, supply chain, and most recently, the tech sector. 

 

Today, she manages a high-performing team of HR Business Partners, leading full-cycle HR for seven nationally recognized tech media brands, where her influence is felt at both the strategic and human levels of business.

A bold and authentic advocate for Equity and Inclusion, Keely leads her company’s Employee Resource Group with heart and conviction. She is deeply committed to ensuring that diverse voices are not only welcomed but valued, knowing firsthand that inclusive cultures drive stronger teams, smarter decisions, and better business outcomes. As a trusted coach to executives, she challenges leaders to lean into allyship, lead with intention, and create environments where everyone can thrive.

 

Beyond her corporate impact, Keely is a devoted community advocate and proud member of the NAACP. She is also the creative force behind Design By KRG, a boutique event design and décor agency known for transforming visions into unforgettable experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a natural sense of style, Keely has curated beautifully designed events—both large and intimate—throughout the greater metro area.

 

Keely is a proud wife and mother of four incredible children. Her greatest joy is nurturing their growth and watching them become kind, thoughtful, and driven citizens in an ever-evolving global landscape.

Bernadette Bynoe

Vice President 

Bernadette Bynoe-Mack is a strategic leader at the intersection of academic publishing, community impact, and creative entrepreneurship. An HBCU graduate, wife, and mother of two, she brings a values-driven approach to her work, grounded in equity, access, and the power of education to transform lives.

 

With a career spanning more than two decades beginning in 2004, she works within the academic publishing and scholarly communications space, where she manages multimillion-dollar institutional portfolios, leads complex consortium and transformative agreements, and builds partnerships that expand access to knowledge across higher education. Known for her ability to bridge strategy with execution, Bernadette brings clarity to complexity helping institutions navigate change with confidence in an evolving scholarly landscape.

 

Her leadership extends beyond her formal role. She previously served on a global diversity, equity, and inclusion council for her company, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy and accountability around inclusion and belonging. She currently sits as the Co-Chair of their global Black employee network, supporting and connecting employees across chapters in Europe, Brazil, and the United States, helping to shape programming, partnerships, and dialogue that elevate Black voices and experiences worldwide.

 

Her commitment to service and community leadership is longstanding. She is a past Matron of her Order of the Eastern Star chapter, where she led with a focus on service, mentorship, and sisterhood values that continue to inform her professional and personal work today.

 

Bernadette is also deeply engaged in mentorship and outreach, working with students, schools, and community organizations to build pathways for underrepresented students into higher education, publishing, and STEM-adjacent fields. Through structured programs and personal mentorship, she has guided and supported dozens of students as they navigate academic and career opportunities.

 

In parallel, she brings her strategic lens into the creative and entrepreneurial space as a  brand strategist, blending luxury aesthetics, digital storytelling, and emerging AI tools to help brands communicate with clarity and impact.

 

At the heart of Bernadette’s work is a commitment to building bridges between institutions and individuals, strategy and purpose, access and opportunity so that people and communities are empowered to grow, lead, and thrive.

Nicole Pierre-Louis 

Secretary

Nicole Pierre-Louis is an Early Talent Acquisition Leader who drives inclusive recruitment strategies for corporate technology roles. She is passionate about building diverse pipelines & empowering future leaders. Nicole holds a BBA from Pace University, an MS from Manhattanville College, & certifications from Cornell IRL in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion & HR Analytics.

 

Beyond her corporate work, Nicole is a dedicated community advocate. She serves in leadership roles at Christ Church Montclair through the Media & Bloom Women’s Ministries. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. & Mocha Moms, Inc., organizations centered on service & support for women & families.

 

In 2021, Nicole’s journey as a mother to neurodiverse children deepened her commitment to advocacy. Navigating the special education landscape has become both a skill & a passion. She is driven to build community & use her voice to bloom where she is planted. Nicole enjoys Peloton, travel, reading, golf, tennis & running.

Jeneine White

Treasurer

Jeneine White is an Emmy-nominated television executive and production leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding high-profile productions across entertainment, live events, and unscripted programming. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Jeneine brings deep expertise in advancing team capabilities, driving performance, optimizing efficiencies, and delivering creative excellence at scale. She is highly skilled in leveraging long-standing industry relationships to build impactful partnerships while measuring creative outcomes to consistently achieve strategic goals.

 

Most recently, Jeneine served as Co-Executive Producer of the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2024, 2025, and 2026. Her recent freelance work also includes serving as Executive Producer of Seasons 3 and 4 of the reality competition series BET on Black for Revolt TV. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to some of the industry’s most visible and respected productions, including co-executive producing a special featuring Michelle Obama and producing the 2019 Fox Emmy Red Carpet Pre-Show.

 

Jeneine spent 23 years at Access Hollywood, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Supervising Producer of the New York bureau. In that role, she managed a staff of 15 while continuing to produce high-profile segments and oversee coverage of the industry’s most prestigious red carpets. During her tenure, she also produced Olympic coverage from London and Rio, further demonstrating her ability to lead complex, global productions.

 

Building on her success in entertainment news, Jeneine went on to create, implement, and co-executive produce People (the TV Show!) for the Meredith Corporation, translating a globally recognized media brand into a successful television franchise.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jeneine is deeply committed to mentorship and community impact. She mentors through the Wonder Girls Organization, serves as Program Director for their Columbia High School chapter, and is an active member of Black Girls in Media, supporting and empowering the next generation of women in media.

 

A graduate of St. John’s University, Jeneine has lived in New Jersey for more than 15 years. She is the proud mother of two young adults who inspire her daily to lead with authenticity and purpose. As a recent empty-nester, Jeneine is passionate about supporting women navigating this new life chapter—encouraging openness to new opportunities, meaningful experiences, and the power of sisterhood. In her free time, she enjoys golf, running, and wine tasting.

NaTasha Spence

Chapter Administrator

NaTasha C. Spence, MBA, is an accomplished Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience designing early‑career programs, strengthening organizational culture, and guiding teams across global industries. As a member of the Mocha Moms Executive Board and the Chapter Administrator, she brings a deep commitment to service, sisterhood, and supporting mothers in every chapter of their journey.

 

Throughout her career, NaTasha has led large‑scale early‑talent, DEI, and leadership development initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. She has partnered with senior executives to build programs that elevate diverse voices, expand opportunity, and create meaningful pathways for growth. Her leadership includes serving on Executive Leadership Teams for multiple Employee Resource Groups, where she championed inclusion, community building, and professional development.

 

NaTasha’s approach is grounded in warmth, clarity, and connection. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships, create structure where teams need it most, and help organizations operate with purpose. Her experience spans managing high‑impact teams, launching new programs from the ground up, and advising leaders navigating workforce planning and organizational change.

 

Her commitment to community extends far beyond her professional work. NaTasha is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a life member of the National Black MBA Association, and a former Board Member for Programs for Parents, where she supported initiatives that uplift families and strengthen local communities.

 

Above all, NaTasha is a devoted wife and the proud mother of two energetic boys, ages 4 and 6, who inspire her daily and fuel her passion for creating supportive spaces for mothers.
